Local Problem Solving Center - UCCE

Located at the Fairgrounds in Quincy the Univeristy of California Cooperative Extension programs operate through a unique partnership of Plumas and Sierra County Governments, the University of California, the Federal Government via the U.S. Department of Agriculture and private funds. We assist individuals and organizations, conduct field research, publish newsletters, produce information for mass media and conduct a wide array of seminars, workshops and events. Volunteers assist with the 4-H Youth Development Program as well as providing resources for local research efforts.
